While coaching is typically associated with the world of sport, it is now a practice widely used in organisations to support staff development, wellbeing, and enhance performance.
Before my career change, I worked in leadership within an international manufacturing background. It was through my development as a leader that I discovered the amazing impact that coaching could make and, literally, fell in love with it!
